Early in his career he trained in London as Commis Chef at the London Marriott Regents
Park Hotel, for a year and a half. He has worked for several hotels and
restaurants in the Atlanta area; and owned his own restaurant Reggie’s Fish Fry
and Bar B Que for approx. four years. Chef Sloan currently serves as the District
Chef for Fulton County Schools. He has worked with Fulton County Schools &
Nutrition for 12+years; he started as an elementary school Cafeteria Manager.
Whether feeding a few or100s, Chef Sloan pairs his education and field
training along with his experience as a personal chef to create foods that will
appease any palette. He stays current on food trends by staying connected to
food industry professionals, attending food conferences and exploring restaurants
in Atlanta and around the world.
Katrina Sloan is a native of Atlanta, GA. She graduated from Riverwood High School; earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Tuskegee University; and a Master of Public Health from the State University of New York (SUNY)-Albany. Katrina has worked in Regulatory Compliance since 2018. Her compliance career began with the U.
Katrina Sloan is a native of Atlanta, GA. She graduated from Riverwood High School; earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Tuskegee University; and a Master of Public Health from the State University of New York (SUNY)-Albany. Katrina has worked in Regulatory Compliance since 2018. Her compliance career began with the U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) where she performed inspections to ensure imported, manufactured, and distributed products were in compliance with FDA regulations; her work assisted in developing mass seizure cases and warning letters for firms who were not in compliance. She served as a Regulatory Coordinator in the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Office of the Chief of Staff, for seven years. She currently serves in a healthcare compliance role as the Privacy Officer for the World Trade Center Health Program.
